The Caurus series was designed in the 90s by Bianchi as an entry-level model for road cycling.
With the ascending number in the model name, the quality of the components and individual parts could be determined on the Caurus models.
The Bianchi Caurus 908 comes for sale in the rarer red/black paint scheme and the Shimano RX100 shifting group.
We describe the Caurus as a "workhorse".
As a bike messengers we have spent many hours in the saddle of a fellow Caurus and can testify the reliability of the Vintage bike.
While the aluminum frame of colleagues got cracks or the fork broke the Caurus has not revolted once what makes it for us a good road bike.
It forgives rough treatment (jumps from the curb, driving in all temperatures and also absolutely suitable for mountain riding).
In addition to the frame, the shifting group with the RX100 is also kept extremely simple but again a workhorse.
